What to know about the Gourmet Foods Association of Ohio

Sponsored link Sponsored links The Gourmet Food Association of Columbus is the governing body for Gourmet foods in the Columbus area.

The organization was founded in 2010 by the owners of local restaurants, and its mission is to promote and encourage the growth of local, artisan, and organic gourmet and specialty foods. 

Its website states: “The Gourmet Association of Greater Columbus is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the local economy and community through the promotion of quality food, local, and sustainable living through its members, vendors, and partners.” 

The organization is owned by the GRA of Ohio, which has a long history of promoting and supporting local businesses, and has a $2.5 million grant from the Columbus Chamber of Commerce. 

According to its website, GRA “provides opportunities to connect businesses to individuals in need through an online portal to assist them in applying for government grants, business loans, and other support for their business ventures.” 

GRA also provides training and mentoring to local businesses. 

“We’re really excited to partner with this local organization,” said John Kuehn, vice president of business development for the Ohio Restaurant Association.

“They are a really important player in the market for people who are looking to expand and expand their businesses.

It’s a great opportunity for a new restaurant to be open and get the recognition that it deserves.” 

Kuehn said the organization’s goal is to help local businesses thrive and grow. 

Kuhn said the group is working to expand its footprint in Columbus by adding more outlets to its existing network of participating restaurants. 

He said the GMA is currently working to build a network of more than 30 participating restaurants in the city. 

GMA President David G. Gee said in an email that it plans to be in operation in 2019. 

More than 400,000 people visit the GWA’s Columbus office daily.

OBN’s membership includes over 60,000 independent businesses and affiliates in Ohio.
